Who is Abiding Love?
Westside Baptist Church was founded in 1985 after several months of prayer and meeting in homes. Originally a church plant with support from Trinity Baptist Church and the later supported by Antioch Southern Baptist.
First Service was held March 1985 at the Cupboard Restaurant. Later the church moved to meeting in a building on Main Street then met in a Lutheran Church. After those three move the church purchased a building on Pearl Street, where it remained for many years.
In 2005 the church voted to change the name from Westside to Abiding Love Baptist Church.
On June 11, 2017 Abiding Love held its first service in its new building located at 24300 E State Route EE Harrisonville Mo.

Abiding Love Baptist Church at Harrisonville, Missouri is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers. The vision of Abiding Love Baptist Church is to make an impact for God, here in Harrisonville, Missouri by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds.
